  hours and pay are guaranteed. No matter what happens with your schedule at the
  facility, we guarantee you will never fall short of the wages you are
  expecting (and rely on) when accepting a travel assignment. You will also be
  paid your full rate for low-census shifts that can&#39;t be made up during
  your guaranteed pay assignment.&nbsp;
