John A. Martins
President and Chief Executive Officer
John A. Martins is the President and CEO of Cross Country Healthcare and sits on the Company’s board of directors. His 20 years of healthcare leadership experience has played an instrumental part in defining the Company's long-term strategic direction. His digital-first approach and extensive technology background are instrumental in leading and evolving Cross Country's digital transformation, enhancing the firm's ability to offer clients the advice, insights, and tech-enabled products and services to meet and exceed any labor or talent acquisition challenges and offering healthcare, education and home care professionals rewarding career opportunities. Before leading the organization, Martins was President, of Delivery for Cross Country Healthcare, where he led the strategic vision and execution for Cross Country's CCN, CCA, and CCMSN delivery brands, operations, and proprietary technology platforms. Martins has held senior leadership positions with several of the nation's largest healthcare staffing providers, including AMN Healthcare Services and Aya Healthcare Inc. Before joining AMN and Aya, he served as President at Onward Healthcare.

Susan E. Ball
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Susan serves as the legal advisor to Cross Country Healthcare’s CEO and board of directors, overseeing corporate governance, securities matters, risk management, workers’ compensation, insurance, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions and facilitating strategic corporate initiatives. Before practicing law, she was a Registered Nurse, giving her unique insight into the company’s legal matters. Susan has extensive experience with public company issues, serving as a valuable strategic partner to Cross Country Healthcare’s leadership team. Prior to joining Cross Country Healthcare, Susan held positions at Gunster, a Florida-based law firm, as well as Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, and Flom, and served as a director of Jamestown Indemnity. Ms. Ball is a member of the Florida bar and the New York bar and received her B.S. from Ohio State University, cum laude, J.D. from New York Law School, magna cum laude, and M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University, magna cum laude.

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Bill is responsible for leading Cross Country Healthcare’s finance, accounting & tax, treasury, procurement, investor relations and shared services functions. With more than 25 years of experience, Bill is a valuable member of the executive team, providing critical insights and expertise to enhance business performance and grow the company’s market share. He is deeply engaged in developing the company’s strategic business plans and financial strategies, as well as improving operational performance company-wide. Prior to joining Cross Country Healthcare, Bill held leadership positions at Gartner, CA, Adecco and Honeywell. He is a certified public accountant and received B.A. from Queens College and a M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.

Vice President, Corporate Treasurer
As Vice President, Corporate Treasurer, Cindy is responsible for all aspects of Cross Country Healthcare’s Treasury functions, including cash, debt and liquidity management, short-term cash and debt forecasting, and equity administration. With more than 25 years of Treasury experience, Cindy effectively supports the needs of the company by securing financing and ensuring adequate liquidity to fund the growth of the company. Prior to joining Cross Country Healthcare, Cindy held various Treasury management roles at JM Family Enterprises. Cindy has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and marketing from Florida Atlantic University.

Pamela K. Jung
President, Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group
Pamela Jung is the president of Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in management, sales, operations and marketing for Fortune 1000 companies. She founded HealthCare Talent and its parent company, Workforce Solutions Group, which were acquired by Cross Country Healthcare in 2021. Before starting her own company, she was a senior territory leader for a national staffing and outsourcing firm, where she was responsible for the development and launch of all product offerings. Pamela worked in the news and entertainment industries and held executive management positions for major corporations like Spherion and GE in her earlier career. Her expertise lies in start-up ventures, turnarounds, and workforce re-engineering. Pamela holds a B.A. from California State University. She is a board member for the Southern California Council on Aging.

Marc is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day business operations for Cross Country Healthcare’s travel nurse and allied divisions. Throughout his almost 30-year career, Marc has held leadership roles in healthcare staffing and human resources. Prior to his career in staffing, Marc practiced law in Boston, MA. His strong track record of growing revenue, improving operational efficiencies, scaling businesses and executing strategies will provide travel nurse & allied continued growth. Marc received a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a JD from New England School of Law and an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management.

Colin oversees Cross Country’s human capital strategy and human resources initiatives, including corporate-wide employee benefits programs, training and development, employee and labor relations, organizational development and succession planning. With nearly 15 years of experience in the human resources industry, Colin has had a significant impact across many areas of the company, helping shape business strategy and talent development to build a world class, high performing workforce that drives the company’s competitive distinction. Prior to joining Cross Country Healthcare, Colin held leadership positions at Carnival Cruise Lines, RandCol Staffing and Citrix and received a B.A. from the State University of New York and M.S. from Mercy College.

Having worked herself in the healthcare field, Karen is committed to creating deep partnerships with healthcare facilities and providing caring, qualified healthcare providers that are passionate about patient care. Karen received an A.A.S. from North Georgia Technical College.

Gerald joined Cross Country Healthcare in August of 2020 and is responsible for leading all aspects of marketing. He has more than 25 years global CMO experience across the human capital, talent management, HR consulting & technology, SaaS and staffing segments. Gerald brings a successful track record of delivering exceptional brand experiences, simulating revenue growth and executing innovative digital marketing initiatives fueled by previous leadership roles with Mercer, Right Management, Manpower Group and most recently as CMO at Oasis Outsourcing. Purgay holds a Masters of Business Administration in Global Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from York University in Toronto, Canada.

James Redd
Chief Accounting Officer
James Redd brings nearly two decades of public accounting and financial services experience to the role of Chief Accounting Officer for Cross Country. He leads the development and implementation of enterprise accounting processes and procedures that reflect industry best-in-class practices to ensure accuracy and compliance. He also leads the organization's controllership activities, including forward-looking strategies across the enterprise. Since joining the organization in 2017, James has held various executive controller positions at Cross Country, overseeing accounting functions, management and SEC reporting as well as SOX compliance. Prior to Cross Country, James served as Assistant Corporate Controller for Vision Group Holdings. Previously, he oversaw various accounting positions such as SOX compliance, GL and SEC reporting for Tyco and ADT. Before this, he was a Manager in the South Florida audit and assurance practice with at Deloitte & Touche LLP. James is a certified public accountant and has earned a Bachelor of Science from Randolph Macon College, and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

As President, Mihal leads the Cross Country Education team in building and maintaining school partnerships that align with the company’s mission of being educator-led, student-driven and solutions-oriented. As a former public school educator and administrator working in inner-city schools, Mihal saw first hand the lack of quality services and innovative solutions being offered to students. This experience continues to fuel her passion and dedication to serving the ever-evolving needs of public schools. Prior to joining Cross Country Education, Mihal served as a curriculum coordinator and a teacher and received a B.A. and M.S. from California State University.

Daniel J. White serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Cross Country Healthcare. A seasoned executive, White brings over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of driving consistent high-growth business outcomes and significant client impact through pragmatic strategies, market disruption, innovative solutions, and intimate client and partner relationships. Considered a pioneer and industry expert in total workforce management, Dan served as President of Workforce Solutions at AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. from May 2014 to September 2021, President of Recruitment Process Outsourcing at Pontoon Solutions from November 2013 to May 2014, Global Offering Leader for Smarter Workforce Services an IBM Corporation (now Watson Talent) from January 2013 to November 2013 and as Global Offering Leader for Recruitment Process Outsourcing from 2006 to December 2012. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of San Diego.

As the Chief Clinical Officer for Cross Country Healthcare, Hank oversees the organization’s Clinical, Quality, Education and Regulatory Compliance. Throughout his more than 25-year career, Hank has applied his healthcare administration experience and a broad base of exceptional management expertise to assist organizations’ meet their long-term objective of delivery superior patient care. His past leadership roles have included executive and director level positions as Chief Nursing Officer, Nursing Administrator and Nurse Executive. He has also served as a University Instructor at Indiana University and Montana State University. Hank’s proficiency in balancing patient care with business efficiencies provides Cross Country Healthcare clients with an innovative approach, supported by cutting edge technology, to meet the daily demands of healthcare delivery. Hank earned his RN at St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing, his bachelor's degree from Ottawa University, his master's degree from Concordia University and was awarded a doctorate from Canterbury University.

Liz serves as Senior Vice President of Workforce Solutions and Chief Nursing Officer, overseeing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that provide healthcare facilities customized solutions to meet their specific workforce needs. Understanding the dynamics impacting the industry, Liz provides healthcare professionals and facilities with expert insight to help them improve client satisfaction and patient outcomes and ensure quality measures are met. She also serves as the clinical executive sponsor for several partnerships nation-wide, leading efforts to continually identify strategies for the improvement in contingent healthcare professional supply, retention and quality. Part of the Cross Country Healthcare family for more than 15 years, Liz has been instrumental in a variety of clinical leadership roles, including the oversight of Workforce Solutions implementation, operations, client relationships, analytics & reporting and clinical services. Liz graduated from St. Bartholomew's Hospital, London and University of London, England.

Michael received his B.S. from Central Connecticut State University, earned his PA-C, summa cum laude, from Pace University - Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program, and his M.B.A. in Strategic Business Management from Hofstra University.
