Job Summary: Xray Technologist (XRAY TECH) — Morristown, New Jersey
X-Ray Technologists perform and support appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines. The role includes maintaining procedure equipment, assessing patient safety and comfort, and coordinating daily imaging procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Evenings (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), 8 shift hours, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited radiography school; New Jersey State RT license; ARRT (Radiologic Technology); Basic Life Support (BLS) certified; 1–3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE equipment.

- Maintain all equipment for procedures, and assess safety, procedure readiness, and patient comfort (physical and physiological).
- Monitor the need for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging procedure workflows.
- Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care.
- Apply current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics, including new hardware and software innovations.
- Use demonstrated initiative, problem identification and resolution, and analytical skills, with excellent oral and written communication.
