Ultrasonographer General in Summerville, South Carolina. This position involves performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures within a specialized maternal fetal medicine unit, supporting patient care with advanced imaging technologies and adhering to clinical standards.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Current certification in American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers required; OBGYN certification preferred; fetal echocardiography certification required; NTQR certification for Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone preferred; CLEAR certification for Cervical Length highly preferred within 3 years of hire; BLS certification required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- Additional Details: No weekend shifts or on-call schedule. EMR utilized: Meditech. Floating is not required.
- Responsibilities: Perform ultrasound procedures on maternal fetal medicine patients, operate advanced imaging equipment, and ensure accurate documentation in the medical records system.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet the credentialing standards and be prepared to comply with hospital dress code (grey scrubs).
