Job Details
- Role: Ultrasound Technologist in the Ultrasonographer General specialty.
- Location: Reno, NV.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active registry with either Cardiovascular Credentialing International (offering RCS or RVS) and American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (offering RDMS, RVT, or RDCS), CPR certification upon hire, a minimum of three years of clinical experience in breast imaging, diagnostics, biopsies, and whole breast ultrasound, prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment, and the ability to perform specifically breast ultrasound procedures.
- Additional Information: Candidates may be required to float to meet organizational needs up to their competency level, and may need to pick up additional shifts during the schedule period. Shift variations, including weekends, holidays, and some call shifts, are expected.
- Responsibilities include operating diagnostic ultrasound equipment, following established protocols, and participating in departmental accreditation and training activities.
