Job Summary:
A General Ultrasonographer position is available in Burlington, Vermont. The selected candidate will perform ultrasound examinations within a large trauma facility. This role involves night shifts, with a focus on breast imaging, biopsies, and general ultrasound procedures. The individual must be able to start within the upcoming week and possess the necessary certifications and experience to meet the facility’s high standards.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, Sun-Wed, 10-hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with an expected minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: • ARDMS certification in abdomen, gynecology, and vascular disciplines • A minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience • Experience in a breast care center • Experience performing breast biopsies • Large, teaching hospital experience required • Epic electronic medical record system experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable • License must be on file at the time of submission • 7-year comprehensive background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS-3, and sex offender registry) within 18 months of start date.
