Job Summary:
ULTRA ECHO Ultrasonographer Echo in the healthcare industry at an unspecified location. Job Details:
- Position Description: Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures such as transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echocardiograms, and other cardiac ultrasound tests based on physician orders.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited echocardiogram, cardiovascular sonography, or equivalent program; 1 year of echocardiography experience preferred; Licenses/Certifications including Adult Echocardiography (AE) RDCS by ARDMS, Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) by CCIVascular Sonography (VS) by ARRT; BLS required.
- Schedule: 7AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role involves performing transesophageal echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and ensuring proper documentation and labeling of studies. The technician exercises independent judgment within established protocols, participates in routine equipment maintenance, and communicates effectively with internal clinical staff and patients.
