Job Summary:
The Ultrasonographer Echo position is based in Plainview, Texas. This multispecialty role involves performing a variety of ultrasound examinations, including fetal, obstetric, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, and contrast echo procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The schedule includes shifts from 5:30 pm to 7:00 am on weekdays and 24-hour coverage on weekends.

- Required Qualifications: Valid compact state license, at least 1 year of ultrasound experience, certifications such as BLS and ARDMS or ARDMS VT or CCI or RDC, experience in general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing advanced ultrasound procedures and familiarity with Epic charting system.
- Float: Float rotation may be required between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day). Candidates may be expected to assist with precepting clinicians and perform a wide range of ultrasound procedures as detailed in the position description.
- Submission Requirements: Please include prior experience at a Providence facility with location and dates worked. Provide two references covering one year within the last three years during the compliance process.
