Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer Echo position in an outpatient setting. The role involves performing adult echocardiography studies utilizing GE Equipment, with responsibilities including vascular imaging when necessary. The assignment requires prior travel experience and offers a varied schedule with rotating weekends, holidays, and call responsibilities. The position starts on 10/05/2026 and concludes on 01/02/2027.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour days; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with rotating weekends, holidays, and call as needed. Weekends occur approximately every 5th weekend; weeknight and weekend call responsibilities are part of the schedule.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI/CCV; Cardiovascular Credentialing International); minimum of 2 years of experience performing echocardiography or similar modality in a clinical setting; must have echocardiography skills, experience with GE Equipment, and EKG knowledge is a plus; BLS certification; proven travel experience for similar roles; ability to float between locations if needed, within approximately 1 mile radius.
- Additional Information: The traveler will rotate/float between multiple facilities and cardiology offices. Assignments may be canceled with up to 24 hours’ notice. All requests for time off must be included in the initial packet at submission. Candidates must be pre-approved for this position and fully vaccinated against Covid and Flu if applicable.
