Job Summary:
A Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer is sought in Austin, Texas. This role involves performing ultrasound examinations related to maternal and fetal health, with a focus on high-risk obstetrics. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Austin, TX
- Shift: Day shift; Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Sonography, with Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) ultrasound experience, OB-GYN registry certification, and 2-3 years of high-risk obstetrics experience. Fetal Echocardiogram experience or ability to proficiently image fetal cardiac structures. Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with fetal echo registry, proficiency with fetal cardiac imaging.
- Additional Information: The role involves working in a facility equipped with GE Voluson 22 and GE Voluson E10 ultrasound machines. Experience with Meditech, Viewpoint, and Sectra electronic medical record systems is preferred.
