Job Details
- Position: Speech Language Pathologist in Inpatient Rehabilitation and Nursing
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with 8 hours daily and a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited college or university by the American Speech and Hearing Association with a degree in Speech Language Pathology; current NYS license as a Speech-Language Pathologist; eligible for or holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association; two years of experience; knowledge of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) reimbursement system
- Additional Job Information: Must have Long-Term Care (LTC) experience; excellent communication and assessment skills to evaluate and guide patients; proficient with MS Office and Epic EMR software
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred
