Job Summary:
The inpatient Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is located in Apple Valley, California. - Additional Information: Candidates must have worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem. A LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days is required. References: 2 references covering at least 1 year during the past 3 years, including Charge RNs or Lead staff. Candidates must be willing to work three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
- RTO Restrictions: All time off requests must be included at the time of submission.
- Additional Requirements: Candidates must disclose license and background check results upfront; open license hits are not approved. Travelers are expected to float between facilities within California; refusal to float may result in assignment termination.
