- Responsibilities: Conduct crisis risk assessments, develop clinical assessment reports, provide crisis intervention, and facilitate discharge planning. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care continuity.
- Certifications: Must hold valid state license as specified.
- Additional Information: The position involves working every other weekend, covering both daytime hours (0700-1930) and potentially floating to other units if needed. Candidates must include responses to specific employment history questions and provide two references covering one year within the last three years.
