Job Summary:
The position is for a Social Worker at a healthcare facility in Seattle, Washington. - Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience in inpatient or acute care, case management; Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), MSW (Master of Social Work), LSW (Licensed Social Worker), and LWAIC (Licensed WA Advanced Independent Clinician); Must hold licenses in WA, TX, LA; Experience with Epic electronic medical records.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult protective services, care coordination, discharge planning, psychosocial assessments, and hospital-based social work, especially in neuro and cardiac care; prior travel experience is a plus.
- Additional Information: Candidates may be floated to other Swedish campuses if census is low (Issaquah, First Hill, Ballard). A minimum of 2 weekend days per month required, typically not scheduled in the same weekend.
- Certifications: BLS, LMSW, ACSW, MSW, LSWAIC.
- References: Two references required: one within the past year and another covering a full year of employment. References can include Charge RNs or Lead RNs.
