Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid Social Worker credential, with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
