Job Summary:
Behavioral Health Unit Staff position available in Caldwell, Idaho. This role involves working on a behavioral health unit, providing support to patients as part of the treatment team. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Caldwell, Idaho
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Must hold an Idaho license whether Registered Nurse (RN) or Social Worker (SW). Additional certifications: RNs must be licensed. Additional preferred qualifications include an LMSW or LCSW.
- Additional Information: The position requires working in a locked behavioral health unit with a staffing pattern of two RNs, two technicians for 12 or more patients, and two social workers scheduled five days a week. Staff do not float. Candidates may take patients off the unit for electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). The unit uses the Meditech documentation system, and the dress code requires business casual attire for social workers and navy or galaxy blue tops with black bottoms for RNs. The facility has received multiple Leapfrog A standing awards and features a dedicated, experienced team with accessible providers.
