Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT) - Spokane, Washington. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care in a short-term acute care facility that is a Level II Trauma Center. Candidates are required to bring their Washington license on the first day. The role requires working night shifts, with the schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Location: Spokane, Washington
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, at least 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Washington license; 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist Registered; Certifications include ACLS, BLS, PALS; knowledge of aerosol set up mask and trach, Albuterol, Atrovent, Bicarbonate, BiPAP, Combivent, CPAP, and other respiratory interventions; EMR experience with Epic system; immunization requirements include COVID-19 and Flu vaccines.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Pediatrics and Trauma units; experience floating between facilities; additional certifications and skills related to respiratory care.
- Additional Information: Candidates may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby. Refusal to float may result in contract termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- Submittal Requirements: Last four digits of SSN must be included; two references covering one year (six months for CNAs) within the past three years; references can include Charge RNs or Lead staff.
