- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program; Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-RRT) credential or Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-CRT) credential; Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license; Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS or HS-ACLS or RQIACLS) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS or HS-PALS or RQIPALS) certification; 5 years of critical care experience, including 2-3 years in NICU with neonatal intubation experience; location requirements include California.
