Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) position located in Hickory, North Carolina. This role involves providing respiratory therapy services to a diverse patient population within a healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.
Job Details:

- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours: Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid North Carolina Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license, minimum associate degree in Respiratory Care, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications, 0 years of minimum experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of experience, experience in emergency department (ED), critical care, or nursery settings, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) system Cerner.
- Additional Information: This role requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Knowledge of ventilators (Servo-I, Drager Evita 500, PB 840, Hamilton T-1 & MR-1), Bipaps (V-60), ResMed CPAPs, high flow (Optiflow), MetaNebs, Vest, and Siemens RapidPoint 500e Blood Gas analyzers is preferred.
