Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT RRT) position located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role involves providing high-quality respiratory care across multiple sites within the organization. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day and should be prepared to work M-F 8-hour shifts from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts State Respiratory License, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Education includes graduation from an accredited school of respiratory care, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree. No minimum years of experience required, but a strong background in acute care, critical care, pulmonary function testing, blood gas accreditation, polysomnography, rehabilitation, and EEGs is necessary. Experience with neonatal respiratory care is preferred. The candidate must be willing to travel between three sites as needed.
- Additional Information: The position offers the opportunity to oversee pulmonary services, sleep labs, blood gas labs, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation departments, ensuring the delivery of clinical excellence and compliance across multiple hospital campuses. Candidates must be available to start on 07/20/2026 and bring their license upon start.
