Respiratory Therapist — Location: Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. This 25-week contract position involves providing specialized respiratory care at multiple healthcare facilities, with the flexibility to float between locations as needed. The role requires delivering high-quality respiratory therapy services under medical supervision, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
Job Details
- Position Description: Respiratory Therapist with responsibilities including performing respiratory care duties under supervision at multiple facilities.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program; current licensure with the State of Minnesota as a Respiratory Therapist; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC); current BLS certification; current PALS certification; Pediatric experience required; minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Schedule: Rotating shift with 12-hour shifts, 3 days in a row, followed by 3 nights in a row, minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Willingness to float between all three hospitals as needed; assignment length of 25 weeks beginning 11/02/2026 and concluding 04/24/2027; EMR system used is Cerner; uniform required is maroon scrubs (not provided).
