Registered Nurse, Telemetry — Simi Valley, California. Provides coordinated nursing care for assigned patients while applying the nursing process, critical thinking, and independent judgment. Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Collect and analyze patient data, develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate patient outcomes, coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare providers, provide health education, participate in discharge planning, delegate appropriately, and coordinate the duties of healthcare team members.
