Telemetry Medical Surgical Float (TELE MS FLOAT) — Rock Island, IL
The organization seeks a Telemetry Medical Surgical Float traveler to support the interdisciplinary team by providing professional/clinical care and management of patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift (12 hours per shift); minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (AHA); Illinois state license required; Iowa on offer; 2 years of previous experience required; Driver’s license included in the profile; work history/resume required; skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date; license verification; copy of required certifications; 1 supervisory reference required at the time of submission
- Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 travel contract completed
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Role includes experience with chest tubes, femstops, trachs, chest tubes (CBIs), drains, and central lines, along with some titration experience for amiodarone, cardizem, nitro, insulin, heparin, dopamine, dobutamine, isuprel, milrinone, and argatroban. Traveler may be required to work 1–2 of 3 holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
