Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
- Responsibilities: Collect and analyze patient data; develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; coordinate care delivery; promote a safe and healing environment; provide health information and learning opportunities to patients, families, and healthcare team members; participate in discharge planning; and delegate duties appropriately.
- Additional Information: Required vaccinations must be received as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable. Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
