Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Telemetry – Lodi, California. Provides coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned patient groups while applying established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises assigned nursing staff, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and uses critical thinking and independent judgment to promote safe, effective patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree; acute care facility experience.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient progress, coordinating care delivery, promoting a safe environment, educating patients and families, participating in discharge planning, collaborating with healthcare providers, and appropriately delegating duties to healthcare team members.
