Telemetry position in Lodi. The Registered Nurse delivers coordinated care to patients while applying the nursing process, clinical judgment, and established standards of care. The role also supervises assigned nursing staff, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and supports safe, patient-centered outcomes.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing; acute care facility experience.
- Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, coordinating care with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing health education, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties. The role supports mixed medical-surgical and telemetry units and requires strong telemetry experience. Required vaccinations must be maintained as a condition of employment, where applicable; medical and religious exemptions may apply.
