Registered Nurse, Telemetry — Lodi. Provides coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned groups of patients while following established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises assigned nursing staff, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and applies critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
- Schedule: Night shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, coordinating care delivery, promoting a safe environment, providing health education, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to healthcare team members. The role supports mixed medical-surgical and telemetry units and requires solid telemetry experience.
