Job Summary:
Magnificent Oklahoma operates a Step Down Unit located in Tulsa. This is a nights-shift position that requires a healthcare professional to provide specialized patient care for adult and geriatric populations. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in a similar setting and must be able to bring a valid Oklahoma or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license on the first day.

- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) — in hand at time of submittal
- Required Qualifications: Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, 1 year of experience in a step-down or telemetry setting, proficiency with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech electronic health records, and ability to manage adult and geriatric patients.
- Preferred Qualifications: Teaching hospital experience, trauma level experience, prior charge nurse experience, community hospital background, EMR experience with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech, and familiarity with trauma levels and teaching protocols.
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, at least 36 hours per week
- Additional Information: Candidates are expected to float to like units within their scope of practice as needed, with a brief orientation provided on the unit.
- Submission Requirements: NIHSS in hand at the time of submittal, RTO must be listed at submission, valid RN license required at submission, and housing arrangements confirmed.
