Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Step Down Unit. The role supports acute-care patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting, based on clinical skills and organizational need. The assignment requires strong step-down or acute-care telemetry experience, travel experience, and flexibility to support eligible units.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Two years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, or acute-care experience; travel experience; registered nursing license; completion of the Registered Nurse Step Down (PCU) specialty examination and required skills validation.
- Additional Information:
- Contract options range from 13 to 26 weeks.
- Assignment may be on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit based on clinical skills and organizational need.
- Clinical support may be required across units within the registered nurse’s validated skill set.
