Job Summary:
North Carolina-based travel nurse opportunity in a Neuro Progressive Care Unit. This contract position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day and involves working nights. The facility features a 20-bed Neuro Progressive Care Unit with adult and geriatric patient populations, specializing in stroke, neuro-ortho surgeries, telemetry, and medical patients. Candidates must be willing to start on 07/20/2026.
Job Details:
- Location: Hickory, North Carolina
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: No minimum experience required; must hold a valid nursing license, and be able to work in the specified state and facility setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma level, teaching hospital, and EMR systems such as Epic is preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidates must meet the skill set for neuro medical strokes, neuro-ortho surgeries, telemetry, and general medical patients. Float rotation may be required.
