- Position Description: Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes. Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation. Advocate for the patient’s journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home.
- Required Qualifications: Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
- Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Life Support (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted). Pediatric Advanced Life Support (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
