A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a long-term care facility in Marlton, New Jersey. The position involves providing quality nursing care, supervising licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants, and ensuring adherence to patient safety protocols. - Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend, every other holiday.
- Additional Information: The RN will perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develop and implement individualized care plans, document all interventions and patient responses accurately, and participate in discharge planning and patient education. The role involves supervision of ancillary staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and contributing to a positive team environment.
