- Additional Information: The RN will perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop individualized care plans, initiate discharge planning from day one, and support patient safety and team collaboration. The role involves supervising ancillary staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and contributing to a positive work environment.
