Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is sought for a temporary assignment at a healthcare facility in HILO, Hawaii. The position involves providing primary nursing care, telemetry monitoring, telemetry strip reading, and fingerstick blood sugar testing within a 15-bed unit that includes step-down intensive care and telemetry. Candidates are required to bring their Hawaii nursing license on the first day of the assignment.

- Schedule: Scheduled 36 hours per week following the first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours and no call required.
- Additional Information: The RN must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment. Floating to all acute units in house (medical, surgical/pediatric, ICU, and ER) may be required. The dress code is scrubs.
- Notes: Candidate is currently in the process of obtaining the Hawaii RN license; license approval contingent upon contract agreement.
