- Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develops individualized care plans, participates in patient rehabilitation, and initiates discharge planning starting from day of admission. Provides supervision to ancillary nursing personnel, participates in team activities, and maintains safety and sanitation standards. Assumes charge responsibilities after orientation and actively pursues professional development.
