Job Summary:
Critical Care Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) position at a healthcare facility in Florence, Alabama. This role involves providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients in a 31-bed unit with a trauma level of 2. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. This position offers a guaranteed weekly minimum of 36 hours and shifts are scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiac drips, chest tubes, critical care stepdown/PCU, TR bands; familiarity with post vascular, post CABG, CVA, respiratory failure, heart failure, chest pain/post cath lab diagnoses; team-oriented, punctual, flexible personality; ability to work in adult and geriatric patient populations
- Additional Information: Unit utilizes Baxter IV pumps and occasional epidural pumps; patient ratios range from 1:4 to 1:5; supervisor is Bre Russell; no call requirements; float may be possible to medical-surgical units but not likely; equipment includes Baxter IV pumps and occasional epidural pumps
