- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS Certification, ACLS Certification, minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience, with experience in stepdown, intensive care units (ICU), or long-term acute care (LTAC) settings.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
- Additional Information: The RN performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, participates in patient rehabilitation, initiates discharge planning, communicates patient status changes, and supervises ancillary staff. The role emphasizes safety, team collaboration, professional development, and adherence to hospital policies.
