Job Summary:
The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse position is based in Oakland, California. This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients within a hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment. - Required Qualifications: 5 years of cardiac experience, 5 years of continuous PICU experience (not floating), graduate of an accredited nursing program, Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS)
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Additional Information: Must possess active license and certifications in ACLS; winter plan not required.
