Job Summary:
The organization is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a float-critical care position within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) located in Minnesota. The position involves providing family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents, with the flexibility to float between hospitals as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

- Shift: Rotating; shifts include Day, Evening, and Night shifts (12 hours each) with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license or Minnesota Temporary Permit-RN, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, and at least two (2) years of PICU nursing experience, which includes caring for pre-operative and immediate post-operative PICU surgical patients, trauma patients, or two (2) years of pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) nursing experience, with competency to care for pre-operative and immediate post-operative cardiac surgical patients, as well as pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients
