Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Operating Room (OR) in Denver, Colorado. This is a travel assignment requiring candidates to bring their license on the first day. The RN will be responsible for providing perioperative nursing care during elective surgical procedures across a variety of specialties. The position involves working day shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Location: Denver, Colorado
- Shift: Day Shift, 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care operating room experience; BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic/spine, cardiovascular, general, gynecology, robotics, urology, plastics, or other elective surgical cases; flexibility, outstanding teamwork skills, and a collaborative attitude are highly valued.
- Additional Information: The OR team performs elective surgical procedures including orthopedic, spine, general, cardiovascular, plastics, gynecology, robotics, and urology cases. No trauma cases are involved. Candidates must be adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
