Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse opportunity available in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized surgical nursing services in a busy operating room environment, with a focus on neuro, ortho trauma, kidney transplant, and general surgery procedures. The position offers a flexible schedule with rotating day and evening shifts.
Job Details
- Schedule: 8/12-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting on 08/03/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Valid BILH coversheet and Massachusetts license required. Experience in neuro, orthopedic trauma, kidney transplant, and general surgery preferred. Candidates should have at least 1 year of clinical experience in the operating room and be proficient in scrub and/or circulate roles across multiple surgical specialties.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotic surgery, organ procurement, trauma, or specialized OR settings.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Primarily based at a main campus with the potential to float to other OR locations. Must be available to work various shifts, including call shifts with a 30-minute response time. Holidays are eligible to be worked; RTO must be approved. Candidates should be prepared to provide availability for interviews and maintain compliance with scheduling and licensing requirements.
