Job Summary
Operating Room position responsible for delivering quality nursing care through the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing practice standards. The role requires previous Operating Room circulating experience and supports orthopedic, obstetric-gynecologic, and general procedures. The schedule consists of day shifts with required on-call coverage.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Michigan state license; previous Operating Room circulating experience; experience with orthopedic, obstetric-gynecologic, and general procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) experience; urology and ophthalmic experience; prior travel experience.
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with members of the healthcare team, and following professional, regulatory, and organizational standards. On-call coverage of approximately 10–11 days per month is required, with weekends covered through on-call assignments.
- Assignment Dates: 11/09/2026–02/08/2027.
