- Additional Information: LT9 is a 30 bed medical/surgical unit specializing in solid organ transplant and bariatric surgery. Typical patient population includes pre-op and post-op solid organ transplant patients (kidney/liver/pancreas), post-op bariatric surgery patients, and other general medical/surgical patients. This unit has 12 available step-down beds that are not dedicated or reserved and may be filled with med/surg patients when there are no SDU patients. Assignments may vary, and travelers may need to care for SDU patients.
