Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position is available in Alexandria, Louisiana. This role involves providing patient care in a trauma, orthopedics, and medical-surgical unit that accommodates 36 beds with a staffing of 49 personnel. Candidates are required to bring their active nursing license and ACLS certification on the first day. The position starts on July 6, 2026, and offers day and night shifts.

- Preferred Qualifications: Critical thinking skills, team-player attitude, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Responsibilities include: wound vac changes, wound care, IV insertions, and insertion of indwelling Foley catheters.
- Float Area(s): 6A, 3A, 3South, 4South
- Dress Code: Blue scrubs, no sweatshirts or Crocs
- Additional Information: Every other weekend shifts, on-call when census is low, unit policies and guidelines can be attached.
