Job Summary: Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) — Chesterfield, Missouri
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide inpatient rehabilitation (Med/Surg) care for adult patients (age 18+) within a rehab unit. This role supports patient recovery through coordinated nursing care during day and night shifts, including participation in unit-based needs and flexible coverage across designated rehab areas. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days, 6:30AM–7:00PM, 12 shift hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: RN licensure in the State of Missouri; Basic Life Support (BLS) with CPR certification
  • Preferred Qualifications: Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)
  • Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation (Med/Surg) setting, including support for patient recovery and functional improvement within the unit’s care model
  • Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Influenza vaccination compliance is required; contractors who do not receive the influenza vaccination due to an approved medical or religious exemption must wear a mask (or an N95 respirator if a tight-fitting respirator is required for the co-worker’s specific job function) that covers both nose and mouth during the influenza season at the facility, beginning November 1 through March 31 (unless community data indicates a later flu season). If an exemption is approved, a completed facility-specific exemption form must be submitted to the facility system, and email approval is required to confirm the requirement. Every other weekend requirement.
