Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) care is sought for a facility located in Englewood, Colorado. This travel position requires providing high-quality patient care on a 7 North-Spine unit with a focus on post-operative burn, flap, and wound patients. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of assignment.

- Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a valid license, a minimum of 1-year acute care hospital Med/Surg experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and demonstrate proficiency with Meditech Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Burn Care, Wound Care, Ostomy Care, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is highly desirable.
- Additional Information: The unit utilizes Hoyer lifts, air taps, wound vacuums, and patient-controlled analgesia (PCA). The team comprises approximately 35 staff members, including nurses, LPNs, and PCTs. Typical procedures involve wound and dressing care for post-op burn and flap patients. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude.
