Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Float Position in Santa Fe, New Mexico, provides expert clinical care, coordinates patient treatments, and supports the healthcare team across multiple units. This role requires candidates to bring their license on the first day, with shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and is scheduled to start as soon as possible. Job Details:
- Location: Santa Fe, NM
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via American Heart Association (AHA), current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification via AHA, graduate of an accredited nursing program, and at least 0 years of experience

- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Candidates must be prepared to start ASAP. The EMR system used is EPIC. This position does not require on-call responsibilities.
- Responsibilities: Obtain and record initial assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate patient outcomes, perform Point-of-Care testing, communicate effectively with team members, and support patient education and discharge planning. Maintain professional standards, adhere to safety policies, and contribute to a positive work environment.
