Job Summary:
Geriatric Nursing (Long Term Care) position in Spring Grove, Minnesota. This role involves providing leadership and clinical oversight in a 38-bed facility that offers short-term and long-term care services. Candidates must bring their Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license on the first day. The position begins on 07/20/2026, with a six-month contract requiring candidates to be flexible for various shifts, primarily days, with a standard schedule of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Location: Spring Grove, Minnesota
- Shift Schedule: Mostly day shifts, 8 hours each, with flexibility to assist on other shifts; shift times are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: MN Registered Nurse (RN) license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, graduate of an accredited RN program, associate degree or certificate in nursing, minimum 2 years of geriatric nursing experience, with at least two years in a long-term care nursing facility.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: At least 2 years of geriatric nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
- Additional Information: Billing activities are scheduled from Monday through Sunday. Orientation includes 8 hours of unbillable training. Candidates must initiate the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of acceptance or within 24 hours for a quick start.
- Interview Schedule: Monday through Friday via manager phone interview and MSP interview.
