- Required Qualifications: ASN (graduation from an accredited School of Nursing), current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, ability to read and write at a level sufficient for documentation requirements, and appropriate physical capacity including standing, walking, sitting, pushing (100+ pounds), pulling (100+ pounds), lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, filing, typing, xeroxing, talking, hearing, and color vision. Physical demands include lifting objects over 100 lbs with frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
