Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery Department (L&D) Registered Nurse position is located in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for childbirth and neonatal patients, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.
Job Details:
- Location: San Tan Valley, Arizona
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in the state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice. BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area.
- Additional Information: Employees working at specific facilities must possess and maintain the appropriate Fingerprint Clearance Card based on the facility location, such as an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or Colorado Fingerprint Clearance Card.
